Product Description
Finesse Ceiling Flat provides a high opacity, dead flat appearance. Ideal for interior ceilings and wall areas not subject to wear and tear. It is easy to apply without messy spatter.
Areas of Use
Especially designed for ceilings. May be used on walls in low traffic areas.
Surface Preparation
Remove all soft, powdered, blistered, loose or flaking paint. Remove all traces of grease, dirt, oil or smoke using a suitable detergent. Wash with clean water and allow to dry. Repair any cracks or surface defects with a good quality water based filler. Sand smooth and dust off.
Note: Mould or fungal infected surfaces must be treated to eliminate the possibility of recurrence.
Method of Application
- Brush, roller or spray
- Satisfactory with most equipment
- Observe the State Spray Painting Regulations
- Stir well before use using a broad, flat paddle in a scooping motion
- Do not apply if temperature is below 10C or likely to fall below 10C during drying
- Do not apply if rain is expected or in hot dry conditions
Drying
Dries after 20-30 minutes and may be re-coated after 1 hour. In damp, cool or humid conditions, drying will be extended. Temperature must be above 10C during drying and application.
Coverage
Finesse Ceiling Flat covers approximately 16 square metres per litre. This will vary depending on the application technique, the surface profile and absorption qualities of the surface.

Colours
White. Also tintable to standard colours equivalent to a white base.
